The EDGE (Educating and Developing Generations for Employment) Experience is a 5-year Workforce Development initiative aimed to connect local students to career opportunities in Logan County. In partnership with LEAD (Logan Economic Alliance for Development), we work closely with local school systems to build meaningful connections between students and businesses. 

EDGE Encounter - March 18, 2026

EDGE Encounter is a career exploration experience for areas 8th graders developed by Logan County Chamber of Commerce and Logan Economic Alliance for Development LEAD. It serves as the launch point of the five-year EDGE (Educating and Developing Generations for Employment) program, which introduces students to local workforce opportunities and helps them begin thinking about future career paths.
