The Logan County Beautification Awards Committee has been revived to recognize property owners in Logan County, KY that have worked hard to improve the look of their home, business and/or entrances, overall improving our county’s curb appeal! Nominate your favorite and watch for winners soon!​​

The mission of the Logan County Beautification Committee is to enhance the visual beauty of Logan County, preserve its historical values, and to promote our community for the common good of our residents and businesses.

Logan County Beautification Awards

Guidelines

Nominations will be accepted in the following categories:​

  • Residential

  • Commercial

  • Entrance Signs (subdivisions, businesses & towns)

Nominations will be accepted from the property owner, from the public, or from the Logan County Beautification Committee for improvements done in the last 12 months to a store front or home, curb appeal, or other noticeable improvements to the structure and property. Lawn work alone does not qualify for this award.

Winners will be selected by the Nominating Committee as submissions demand. There will be no less than 4 awards per year selected (once per quarter).

Winners will receive:

  • Media News Release with story & photo

  • A sign will be placed in the winner’s yard for one month

  • Posted on Logan County Beautification Award Facebook page and shared on the Logan County Chamber’s Facebook.

  • Winner’s Certificate presented to property owner

  • Story with photo added to the Chamber’s website.

Winners will be asked to:

  • The sign will be relinquished at the end of 30 days, for the committee to use for subsequent winners.
